Non Potable (not drinkable)
Phase 2 Water Pipeline Project
Current Status:
Under Construction
January 2011 - Work began in early January with installation of non-potable pipes within City streets, extending the non-potable water supply to City schools and parks for irrigation. These pipes expand the non-potable system installed with the Phase 1 project, completed last year. The first work associated with Phase 2 will include new pipes on Ward Avenue, 9th Street, and W. Las Palmas. The blue lines in Figure 1 show the areas where construction will occur. Work in this area is expected to be completed by late February.

February 2011 - Pipe construction activities will move to Cliff Swallow Dr. and immediate vicinity in February. Figure 2 shows work areas in blue. Most of the work in and around the Cliff Swallow area is expected to be completed by April, 2011.
