September 2009 - Sections 2F, G, and H have been completed. Sections 2B, C, J and K remain. Currently the meter retrofit program is focusing on major apartment complexes in Elk Grove.

July 2009 - Phase 1 of the meter retrofit program has been completed. Phase 2 of meter replacing is continuing. Section 2A, D, E, and I have been completed. Meter installing has begun on section 2H.

May 2009 - Phase 1 of the meter retrofit program has been completed. Phase 2 with the meter replacing has begun. Section 2A has been completed already, and meter installing has begun on section 2F. To the right is a map of Phase 2.

January 2009 - The project for installing meters has begun. The first to be installed will be locations that have had significant repairs over the past few years. These were made "meter ready" and can be installed relatively easily.

The next area will be homes located in the Camden area in the Northwestern corner of the district.
